Prioritising

It’s week two of my Leadership and Managment class and I’m already loving it.

Today we discussed managing priorities of people and tasks.

A couple of greats points I really appreciated:

•WORK SMART NOT HARD.

•No matter how long you work, there will always be things to do.  Consider the consequences of letting some tasks go, and do the important ones.

•Divide your to-do list into where they currently belong:
High Importance/High Urgency
High Importance/Low Urgency
Low Imoortance/ High Urgency
Low Importance/ Low Urgency

Keep a reserve of energy, don’t run on empty.

Don’t get

Now for me to put this into action— something I could always do better!

Fun Fact: Mosquitoes are the biggest killer if humanity (they’re responsible for a little over half of the deaths of the human race), they are attracted to your carbon dioxide.  Blow a fan to throw them off.
